NEW YORK, Dec. 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- [ Bernstein Liebhard LLP ] is investigating whether the Board of Directors of TNS, Inc. ("TNS" or the "Company") (NYSE: [ TNS ]) breached its fiduciary duty to its shareholders in agreeing to sell TNS to an investor group led by Siris Capital Group.
