The fifth annual Hispanic Achievement & Business Leadership Awards (HABLA) recognizes Atlanta's Latino Business and Civic Leaders!
HABLA, in contribution with Verizon, awarded a $5000 scholarship to a deserving student.
ATLANTA, Oct. 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Hispanic Achievement & Business Leadership Awards (HABLA), produced by Lanza Group, LLC, was held Thursday, October 11th from 11:30am-2:00pm at 103 West, Buckhead. HABLA served as the closing ceremony to Hispanic Heritage Month festivities in Atlanta.

The Verizon HABLA Scholarship is presented in an effort to keep the community moving forward through education and community involvement. Dalila Vazquez was chosen as the 2012 winner for her impressive community service, school records, dreams of becoming a dentist and leading the way for future generations.
HABLA is a tribute to Latino business and civic leaders and will highlight the Atlanta Hispanic communities' many accomplishments.
