HILLSBORO, OR--(Marketwire - Jul 9, 2012) - Lattice Semiconductor Corporation (NASDAQ: [ LSCC ]) today announced a long term technology partnership with United Microelectronics Corporation (NYSE: [ UMC ]) (TWSE: [ 2303 ]), a leading global semiconductor foundry. As part of this partnership, Lattice and UMC will continue work, already underway, on non-volatile products based on advanced technology nodes and then quickly expand their efforts to include other Lattice product lines.
