Procera Networks Names Patrick Duncan VP of APAC Sales

Brings Proven Sales Management Leadership and Significant Strategic Relationships

FREMONT, CA--(Marketwire - Jun 19, 2012) - [ Procera Networks ], Inc. (NASDAQ: [ PKT ]), the intelligent policy enforcement company, today announced that Patrick Duncan has joined the company as Vice President, Asia Pacific Sales and Services.

Mr. Duncan comes to Procera from CloudShield Technologies where as General Manager of APAC Sales, he built a regional business from zero presence to establishing customers, partners and revenue in Australia, Korea, Japan, India and Singapore. He has 15 years of senior management experience in telecom and high tech sales, professional services, and product development, including serving at Lucent Technologies, where he created the first indirect channel program for APAC generating $130 million in revenue. He also served as the managing director/COO at Avaya and as Vice President of APAC sales at Alvarion, Inc., in addition to other management, sales and consultant roles with wireless broadband companies.
