Rosetta Stone Announces Date for 2012 Investor Day and First Quarter 2012 Earnings Results

ARLINGTON, Va.--([ ])--Rosetta Stone Inc. (NYSE:RST), a leading provider of technology-based language-learning solutions, today announced it will host an Investor Day in New York, NY for analysts and investors on May 8th, 2012 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm eastern time. In addition, the company also announced that it will report first quarter 2012 earnings results on the same day before the market opens.

The 2012 Investor Day will include presentations from Rosetta Stoneas new President and CEO, Stephen M. Swad, as well as other members of the companyas senior management team. The company expects to provide an update on its strategy and long-term goals, as well as a discussion of its Consumer and Institutional business units, Products and Technology, Marketing and Brand approach, and Customer Success operations.

As part of the Investor Day, Rosetta Stoneas management will also discuss first quarter 2012 financial results. The company will not be hosting a separate earnings call.
