(NASDAQ: MLNK) today announced that the Companyas 2011 Annual Meeting of Stockholders has concluded, polls have been closed and votes are currently being reviewed and tabulated by IVS Associates, Inc., the independent Inspector of Elections (aInspectora).
The Company will await the preliminary report from the Inspector before releasing any further statements about the vote. The Inspector has indicated that it expects to issue a preliminary tabulation of the vote results within four business days. Final results of the election will be announced once they are certified by the Inspector, following any review and challenge period.
