Globecomm Awarded Various Infrastructure Contracts Valued at $6.8 Million

HAUPPAUGE, N.Y.--([ ])--[ Globecomm Systems Inc. ] (NASDAQ: GCOM), a leading global provider of communications solutions and services, today announced that the Company has been awarded various infrastructure contracts valued at approximately $6.8 million.

Pursuant to the contracts, Globecomm will provide the following:

  • Design, install and test multiple gateway earth station terminals and related subsystems.
  • Trailer-mounted transportable earth terminals.
  • Multiple vehicle mounted Ka-Band terminals to a foreign government customer.
