Tranzeo Appoints Interim Chief Financial Officer
PITT MEADOWS, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 15, 2011) - Tranzeo Wireless Technologies Inc. (TSX:TZT), a leading producer of high-speed wireless broadband communication systems announces that Mr. Patrick Smith, Chairman of the Board, has been appointed as interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Smith's appointment follows the resignation of Mr. Douglas Howes as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Howes will continue to work with the Company as a consultant on a transition basis while the Company initiates a search for a new permanent Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Howes has acted as Chief Financial Officer of the Company since its listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the Company thanks him for his years of service.
