

SolarWinds Names Geeta Sachdev as Senior Vice President of Marketing

Sachdev will apply her more than 15 years of marketing and online leadership experience to help SolarWinds' marketing organization continue to drive broad awareness and demand in the IT performance management market. For more than 10 years, Sachdev has served in a variety of roles with Dell Inc., driving marketing, e-commerce, call center and operations across the company's consumer, small business and international markets. Most recently, Sachdev served as Executive Director of Consumer Marketing and Merchandising, where she was responsible for online and offline merchandising, demand generation, marketing communications, customer relationship management, and marketing analytics for the US and Canada Consumer businesses. Previously, Sachdev served as Executive Director of Global Online Operations, where she led online content operations, analytics, translations, and program management for all Dell segments worldwide. Prior to her experience at Dell, Sachdev worked in Booz, Allen & Hamilton's Financial Services Group. Sachdev holds degrees from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and the Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
