Tektronix Acquires Test & Measurement Business From Sypris Solutions, Inc.

BEAVERTON, OR--(Marketwire - October 26, 2009) - Tektronix, Inc., a leading supplier of test, measurement, and monitoring products and solutions, today completed the acquisition of the Test & Measurement business from Sypris Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: [ SYPR ]) for $39.0 million.

Sypris Test & Measurement, Inc. is a leading provider of calibration services, testing and component sourcing services, and specialty products.
