A former student from Edinburgh, now based in Los Angeles, has launched a unique fitness class called "The Class by Taryn Toomey," which has become a favorite among Hollywood A-listers. The class, which combines elements of yoga, cardio, and meditation, was brought to the UK by 29-year-old Hannah Pearson, who discovered it while living in New York.
